Cala Conta Breeze, finished in June 2019, combines the appearance of the traditional island Finca with top-level technological equipment to ensure comfort and charm. The villa is situated on 24.800 sqm of land, most of which is a landscaped Mediterranean garden, with an exotic corner around the Balinese pavilion.
Located on the west coast of the island of Ibiza, a ten-minute drive from San Antonio and twenty minutes from the airport, the villa offers a suggestive and unparalleled view of the sea, the Conillera and S’Espartar Islands. Cala Conta’s beach is just a few minutes’ walk.
The large infinity pool and slightly salty water, newly conceived in compressed sand, offers a view and access similar to those of a real beach with shore sloping.
